Meditation and Relaxation Classes and Retreats Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Meditation Escape™ promotes all meditation and relaxation classes and seminars ("Seminar" may also refer to a series, event, retreat, or other type of class) well in advance. Once seminars become sold out we stop promoting them.

Any request for transfers after that point will result in a loss of revenue for Meditation Escape™. Due to the short notice, we also lose the ability to fill your seat, and the revenue of potentially selling the seat. We strive to be fair to our clients and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Our meditation and relaxation classes and seminars cancellation policy offers the following options:

When you register for a seminar you have 10 days to make a transfer without any transfer fee/loss of revenue, after which the following policy applies. In all cases, you have the choice to pay the transfer fee, or forfeit theseminar.

If for any reason the client cannot attend the meditation and relaxation classes and seminars, they may find someone else to attend in their place and submit written notification of that person's name and contact information.

If any products are received in conjunction with the offer, they must first be returned in excellent condition in order for any refund or course credit to be processed. (Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.)

All meditation and relaxation classes and seminars cancellation must be in writing through this website's Contact page.Voice mail and verbal correspondence do NOT constitute writtencancellation notice.

Meditation and relaxation classes and seminars cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which Meditation Escape™ receives the written notice. Telephone or email acknowledgement by Meditation Escape™ will confirm that a cancellation notice has been received and accepted.

Should the client fail to notify Meditation Escape™ in writing of any changes and not attend the seminar, there will be no refunds, course credits, or transfers available.

We offer our clients a Satisfaction Guarantee on all our seminars. If by 4:00 pm on the day of a one-day seminar or by 2:00 pm on the second day of a two-day seminar, a client is not satisfied with the experience of attending the seminar, a full refund will be given. The client must have attended the complete seminar to that point in time. All materials must be returned.

* Course Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation regardless of whether or not the same course is offered again within this time period.

Meditation and relaxation classes and seminars are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. A maximum of two installment payments may be arranged providing the final installment is paid 30days prior to the event. (Late registration payments will be accepted if there are seats available in the seminar.) There is a $20 fee for an N.S.F. or credit card decline.

All meditation and relaxation classes and seminars dates and locations are subject to change without notice.

All pricing on seminars is for "tuition" only. All food, travel and accommodations are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by Meditation Escape™

We offer clients a one year Satisfaction Guarantee on tangible products (physical, hard copy). This is any product that is mailed, couriered or carried physically away from an event. (This therefore does not include any online downloads that cannot be returned.)

If a client is not satisfied with a physical, hard-copy product, a full refund will be provided so long as the product is returned in good condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Returns must be called in or emailed to the head office for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Contact me for this information.
